Health Support Worker

up to 15 hours per week

We are looking to employ a Support Worker available to work predominantly in the Darlington area.
The post holder needs to be available to work mornings, evenings and some weekends.
The number of hours each week is negotiable.

This post holder would assist with personal care, administration of medication and support work in the home and community for a child who has health and developmental issues and disabilities.

Experience in this area is desirable, however training can be provided.

The applicant must be passionate about supporting vulnerable children and their carers and provide high quality care.

An enhanced DBS will be required for successful applicant, expense of which will be met by employer
