We are delighted to be looking to recruit a qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visitor to work within the Health Visitor Service at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council

It is a really exciting time for Health Visiting in Redcar & Cleveland as the Health Visitor service has recently moved to the council from the local health trust and there are opportunities to maximise integrated working to ensure that children and families achieve their optimum health potential

The Health Visiting service is based in three locality health teams across the Redcar & Cleveland area and delivers the Department of Health Healthy Child Programme working in close partnership with School Nurses, Early Years and Social Care colleagues

The successful candidate must be a qualified Health Visitor and must be motivated and committed to delivering high quality evidence based service to children and their families and be able to work well within a team and equally be able to work on their own initiative. Preceptorship and Restorative Clinical Supervision will be provided.
