St John Boste wish to appoint a committed, motivated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our highly effective team.  The role will be to work with children across the whole school.  The successful candidate will be required to provide support for all pupils including children with SEN. They will work in class, with small groups and individuals.
 
The candidate should have the following:
  • Experience of working across the key stages
  • Experience of whole class supervision
  • Experience of planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
  • A good understanding of children’s learning
  • Sound practical, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Experience of supporting children with SEN
  • Be flexible and approachable
