This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Supported Housing team supporting individuals with a learning disability with varying degrees of care needs in a person centred way.
The hours of work will be on a rota basis; shifts will be worked between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday to Sunday; you may be required to do sleep-in duty on a rota basis.
The posts will be based in County Durham but you may be required to work in one of the other Supported Houses dependent upon service need.
