(HOUSING STRATEGY TEAM, TOWN HALL, SOUTH SHIELDS)
£32,486 pa
This is an exciting opportunity in a newly established post to improve the quality of existing homes and support the delivery of new homes across South Tyneside to meet housing need and demand.
You will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work on your own and develop strong partnerships. You will have experience of working with developers and housing providers and a track record of project delivery and securing external funding.
