Fixed term for 12 months.

You will help to support people and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of losing their home in the community. You will be a calm and compassionate individual who is committed to making a difference to help people in crisis.

You will assess the needs of all service users and agree support plans which help people to live independently. You will have up to date knowledge of the welfare benefit system, housing support services and be able to work in partnership with a range of different agencies.
