BT South Tyneside is the Strategic Partner of choice delivering a range of services to South Tyneside Council and other customers, including BT South Tyneside Ltd. ICT Services are delivered by a highly skilled and experienced ICT team using the industry standard best-practice ITIL service management model.
You will be required to undertake activities including corporate application support, hardware and software maintenance, installation and upgrades to software and hardware, and on-going administration in support of ICT Platform Management.
You will also maintain a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles and processes.
