Post title: Information Management & Data Services Officer – full time – permanent

Salary: £27,358 - £30,756 Grade 9

Job Location: Your normal place of work will be Durham area. However, you may be required to work at any council workplace within County Durham

The Information Management & Data Services Officer will play an important role in provision of management information from both the current Social Care System (SSID) and the new Social Care System (LiquidLogic). The role will support the service in terms of statutory duties, including provision of statutory data returns and supporting data requirements of inspection frameworks, as well as provision of ad-hoc information as and when required. The post is heavily focused upon the extraction of data from systems, utilising tools such as Visual Studio/SSRS and Oracle Discoverer to design and develop reports/dashboards to be utilised throughout the service.


Required qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Performance/data related subject or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
