Further Information
Are you interested in working with young people involved in the criminal justice system?

If yes, this role at Darlington YOS may be for you. As the intervention worker you would be responsible for delivering wide ranging intervention sessions to young people that are receiving out of court disposals or community elements of a court order. We need someone who can quickly build a rapport with young people and deliver meaningful interventions on a one to one, group or family basis. This role would be ideal for anyone who has a background in criminology, psychology or social work or for anyone who feels they have the skills to work with a challenging group effectively and understand processes of behavioural change.

For detailed information on this role, please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification.

For a further informal discussion, please contact Michael Barr, Advanced Practitioner, on 01325 406769.
