We are looking for an experienced Social Work Team Manager to join an innovative service and be responsible for the Interventions and Family Group Conference Team. The person joining us will manager and support the development of the Teams.
 
The post holder will be responsible for developing the newly established Interventions Team responsible for delivery early interventions and specialist assessments; supporting families who access social work services, including Solihull Approach, Triple P Parenting Program and PAMS.
 
The Family Group Conference Team will be formed once the Team Manager is in post, to allow for the managers input into the development of the service.
 
Applicants must have:
DipSW or equivalent professional Social Work Qualification
Extensive relevant experience in children and families work
Experience supervising staff
An in-depth knowledge of the relevant legislation, research and best practice
Knowledge and experience in the delivery of reflective practice and supervision
Knowledge or experience of FGC or Restorative Practice
