We require an excellent teacher to lead and manage a Key Stage 1 team. (This is a permanent contract)

The person appointed will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will also lead a key area dependent on candidate's strengths. You will be an experienced and creative practitioner who has a real passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to developing the whole child. You will also have the ability to lead and develop other staff.

This post will suit a teacher who has: a record of exemplary practice, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, the drive to initiate and manage change within the school, a strong commitment to raising standards through working with parents and the community, the enthusiasm to motivate and inspire children and staff.

This is an opportunity to join a warm and welcoming staff team at school recently judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted (February 2014).
