Key Stage 2 Class Teacher required for September 2018.

The Head Teacher is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and experienced individual with an excellent understanding of the curriculum in key stage 2, but particularly Year 3/4. A proven ability in accelerating progress and raising attainment is essential for this post.

The successful candidate should:

- Have experience of teaching in key stage 2.
- Deliver creative, exciting and dynamic lessons.
- Be passionate about children and inspire them in their learning
- Have a positive presence in the classroom with children, staff and parents.
- Be reliable, flexible and hardworking.
- Be committed to sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Have high expectations for the learning, behaviour and care of all pupils.
- Have great organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to motivate and encourage pupils of all abilities to thrive as learners.
- Be an excellent communicator and committed to being part of an effective staff team.
- Create a vibrant classroom.
