Cedars Academy is a specialist school for young people aged 3 to 19 years with physical, sensory and medical needs, speech, language and communication disorders, autism, and a wide range of other complex needs often associated with emotional vulnerability.

Our curriculum is highly individualised and focuses on the promotion of communication, emotional development, resilience, and the development of personal and social skills.

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with innovative ideas, and a passion for working with young people, who would like to be part of a growing organisation.

The successful candidates will be dynamic and flexible, with a good standard of literacy and numeracy. They will also be committed to working with young people and adults who have learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities.

Further information about the Academy can be found at our website www.cedarsacademy.org.uk and visits to school are welcome.
