Are you an aspiring, experienced worker looking for a new challenge? Could you be part of a team who works using a whole family approach, using creative and innovative thinking to provide support to effect change in families?
If so, we are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a team who are developing a service to work intensively with children and families in Darlington who are at risk of family breakdown. The Keeping Families Together Team will help young people at risk of entering care to stay with their families. The team will provide intensive support to young people aged 10 - 16 and their families, over a period of 6 - 12 weeks.
This is a challenging position that will be suited to a flexible, resilient and positive applicant. As a designated keyworker for a family, you will work as part of team providing support over seven days from 7am - 9pm on a shift rotation.
In return you will have access to regular training and support, as well as an up to date modern caseload management systems and a Local Authority that insists on regular reflective supervision.
