Do you want to work in a dynamic, exciting team within our energised and expanding Academy? Are you proud, unique and ambitious? We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Key Stage 2 Leader to work alongside the senior management team and Board of Directors to ensure excellence at our Academy. There is a wealth of opportunities to lead many different aspects of the school depending on your interests and experience.
The successful candidate will:
• Have drive, passion, determination and boundless energy;
• Be able to lead by example, especially in teaching and learning;
• Be able to inspire and support colleagues;
• Have high expectations of him/herself, all children and the school community as a whole;
• Be a really good teacher who never gives up on children and finds ways to inspire them to make as much progress as possible;
• Have proven leadership skills in order to take a lead role in initiatives which contribute to whole school improvement;
• Analyse pupil performance data and create and implement action plans to improve performance;
• Actively contribute to the development of community relationships;
• Be open to new ways of working and prepared to lead staff to improve practice in all areas;
• Preferably have experience of teaching in Y6.
