We are seeking to appoint an LGV Driver to join the Environmental Services Division and specifically the Council's new Garden Waste collection service.
You will carry out Garden Waste collections from April to November each year and in the remaining months you will work in the Refuse/Recycling collection services, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
The Waste Service operates Tuesday to Friday from 7.00am to 4.45pm, with occasional Monday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday working.
You should have experience of working in a refuse/recycling or a waste related field and experience of effectively manoeuvring LGV vehicles in tight spaces.
