"Northumberland County Council are looking to appoint a Lead HR Adviser – Education Special Projects on a two-year fixed term contract to support the Head of School Organisation and Resources in the provision of highly specialist HR advice during school consultations and re-organisations. As Lead HR Adviser – Education Special Projects you will provide HR advice to school staff, headteachers, managers and governors on a wide range of HR issues. Draft policies, procedures and guidelines as appropriate, included influencing trade unions where necessary. As part of an established team, this is a fantastic opportunity to continue to learn and develop your skills in HR with an organisation that can continue to offer you the opportunity to develop your career further. This post will be based at County Hall, Morpeth but will require travel throughout Northumberland. The organisation is currently assessing “hybrid working” options for all departments, which will lead to an appropriate balance of remote/office based working.
