Ref:006 Lead Receptionist: Full Time – permanent

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a fast-moving and growing charitable organisation at a very exciting time.

The role is to assist with the day to day operation of reception. Dealing with all incoming enquiries in person & on the telephone and operating the facility booking system and keeping accurate records of bookings and payments made. The successful candidate will need to take a lead role in the management of the reception department and have a proven track record in a customer facing role and delivering exceptional customer service.
