(HEARING IMPAIRED SERVICE, TOWN HALL AND CIVIC OFFICES)
Leadership Scale, Point 6, plus SEN Higher

We are looking for an outstanding Teacher of the Deaf to lead the Hearing Impaired Service in South Tyneside.

You will be passionate about Deaf Education with a sound understanding of SEN and disability from birth to 25. You will have the skills to challenge, motivate and inspire your team as well as mainstream teachers, parents/carers and other professionals.

You will have extensive experience of teaching deaf children and young people from birth to 25 and have a clear vision of how to secure good outcomes for deaf children now and in the future.
