£39,002 - £42,806 per annum

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager who can lead and embed our workforce development strategy to enable Together for Children to achieve outstanding services to children, young people and their families.

You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to deliver to different audiences.

You will have a proven track record in the area of workforce planning, learning and development and will have demonstrable evidence around the positive impact in delivery of workforce development strategy within a Children’s Social Care organisation.

You will have a well-developed understanding of the development and implementation plans for the National Accreditation and Assessment System (NAAS) and will have well developed relationships in social work learning and development forums and networks.
