Learning Support Assistant for Enhanced Mainstream Provision
37 hours term time only (plus 5 days)

Required for 1st September 2017 (one year fixed term contract initially)
Easington Colliery Primary School is a rapidly improving school. Due to our popularity and increasing numbers on roll, we require, from September 2017, an exceptional LSA to join our well established Enhanced Mainstream Provision for children with autism.

We are looking to appoint someone who: -
• Has a highly inclusive ethos
• Is exceptional, motivated, skilful and creative in providing inclusive opportunities for those who require additional support
• Has very high expectations of all children and themselves
• Is able to work well as part of a team
• Is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life
• Is quick to take on new initiatives
• Is flexible and has a good sense of humour.
