We are looking for a learning and development Coach to lead and deliver Level 3 and Level 5 management apprenticeships as part of Middlesbrough Council's Management Academy.

The successful applicant will:

• Deliver knowledge sessions to support the achievement of the new management apprenticeship standards and relevant level ILM qualifications at level 3 and 5.

• Assess candidates on the management programmes.

• Keep accurate records of candidate's achievements and progress.

• Participate in all quality activities regarding management qualifications.
