Further information
With over 1000 employees and an income of more than £27m, the Percy Hedley Foundation is one of the largest regional charities. We have been supporting disabled people and their families over the last 60 years. Our size enables us to provide a wide range of services to over 1000 families each year. Our paramount aim is to support people through outstanding specialist services and we have a well established reputation for quality.
We are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Officer to join our OD Team within Central Services. Reporting to the Head of OD, this role will be responsible for providing a professional, high quality L&D service to the Foundation’s service areas ensuring the organisation develops people to have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to support the achievement of its strategic objectives.
We are looking for an experienced L&D Officer with a relevant level 5 qualification. The successful candidate will have current knowledge of Learning and Development best practice and substantial experience in developing and delivering training. Experience of providing L&D services in a relevant environment, such as education, care or charities sectors would be desirable.
