An exciting opportunity has arisen for caring and compassionate individuals to work in health and social care to help people achieve the highest level of independence with daily living skills.

You will be supported with a programme of work,study and training designed to help develop your skills and abilities and career potential for the future. Addition training will feed into the programme to add additional value such medication and other sector specific training.
You will gain on the job experience whilst working towards a nationally accredited qualification (Adult Care Worker Level 2). Throughout your programme you will receive support and mentorship to develop the skills to carry out the tasks and responsibilities identified in the job description.

The role will involve different placements across different adult social care and integrated care settings across Northumberland. There are 5 vacancies in the Hexham locality, specific locations to be confirmed.

You’ll enjoy building positive working relationships with clients, internal and external colleagues and key stakeholders.
