We are currently seeking a friendly, flexible and efficient School Administrative Officer to join our hardworking and committed whole school federation team. You will be employed by The Federation of Longhorsley and Whalton C of E Schools and will be based at Longhorsley C of E First School (but can be asked to work at either school) and you must have your own transport.
Working Pattern:
The post is initially for 32.5hrs per week Monday to Friday on a permanent variable hours contract between 25 - 37 hrs.

The successful candidate will:
- Act as first point of contact at the school dealing with frontline enquiries from children, staff, parents and visitors providing a professional and efficient reception service
- Be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial, organisational processes within the school
- Liaise with the Office Manager at Whalton C of E Primary School and work closely with the Executive Headteacher
- Be part of a valued team who are committed to building on the highly acclaimed strengths of the school and show a commitment to its continued future development
- Demonstrate a commitment to nurture the Christian ethos of the school and excellent relationships with children and adults
- Be extremely flexible and prepared to go the extra mile, including supporting community events outside of normal school hours
