Castle School is a Special School within NCEAT that caters to 155 children with complex and multiple learning difficulties and disabilities. The school aims to provide an individualised and innovative learning experience for its students, with a team of dedicated staff that create a supportive learning environment.

Castle School is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is a creative and passionate individual, to join the committed team to work with students to help them develop and reach their full potential in a purpose built environment.

This role is working 37 hours per week, working term time plus 5 additional days.

It is essential that the successful candidate is patient, supportive and hardworking, with a can-do attitude to helping the children with their learning. In return, the successful candidate will play a vital role in the development and support of the children, whilst working within an experienced team of support staff.
