Park End Primary School is looking to recruit 1 x Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support learning in the Early Years Foundation Phase.
The successful applicant will have:
• the commitment to providing a positive start to the education of our children
• the commitment to promoting the wellbeing and care of our children
• an ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) to an appropriate standard
• a full working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and other relevant learning
programmes/strategies
• an understanding of the principles of child development and learning processes
• an ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
• an ability to relate well to children and their families
• an ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your own
position within these
• NVQ 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification
