The Directors and Governors of this highly successful Catholic Academy, a member of the Carmel Education Trust, wish to appoint a Librarian working in our purpose built Learning Resource Centre (LRC). Our LRC is vibrant and purposeful learning environment enjoyed by students and staff alike.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people and be enthusiastic to share their love of reading and books. You will have a proven track record of organisation and administration in similar relevant roles.

Carmel College is proud to be a Teaching School, offering support and training for leaders across the region including Initial Teacher Training regionally, and the Science Learning Partnership and the Archimedes Maths Hub.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and inspirational Librarian, to replace a colleague retiring after serving our school for many years.
