We are looking for a hardworking, motivated and caring lunchtime supervisor to join our dedicated lunchtime team at Eastlea. You will support and supervise our children during their lunch times. The role will involve working with children from across the Primary age range as they eat their lunch in the school hall before supervising and supporting outside play. You will need to be physically fit, enjoy working with children and like playing games. You will also need to be confident to give children guidance on their behaviour, help them to resolve disputes and manage social interactions. We are in the process of becoming a THRIVE school and this will mean that support will be provided to more effectively deal with lunchtime incidents with individuals.
This post is a fixed term contract until the end of July 2017, to cover the post temporarily pending the planned review of the staffing structure which may result in staffing changes.
