An opportunity is available for a teacher of Mathematics

Mainscale Teacher of Maths

Available for a September 2018 start

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teacher for our mathematics department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and inspirational teacher to join our small but successful department.

The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher, an effective team player and be committed to raising the aspirations and achievement of all learners.

Huntcliff School is a popular 11-16 comprehensive school of 530 students. In December 2015 OFSTED recognised it as being a good school and there are significant opportunities for professional growth within the school. We have a comprehensive induction programme for all staff and recognise the importance of continuing professional development. Students behave well and there is a high level of parental support.

Huntcliff is federated with Saltburn Primary School and together we form Saltburn Learning Campus. As a campus we firmly believe we are all learners, always learning and would welcome applications for teachers who share this vision.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Closing Date: Friday 20th April 2018 09:00
Interviews: Week beginning 23rd April 2018

Please contact us for an application pack via enquiries@slc.rac.sch.uk or ring the campus office (01287 621010).

Please note the telephone number will be out of service from Friday 30th March until the campus re-opens on Monday 16th April. The campus email address remains active.
