Are you passionate about cleaning? We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in our cleaning bay to undertake duties associated with equipment cleaning and maintenance.
The equipment that you will clean and repair is designed to assist people in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently and we are proud of the high levels of service and quality that we provide to our Service Users.
Tees Community Equipment Service (TCES) is an equipment loan service provided by Middlesbrough Council. The service includes the delivery, fitting, maintenance, recycling and decontamination of community equipment.
The successful applicants will have:
• Experience and understanding of cleaning duties
• The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• The ability to deliver against set deadlines whilst maintaining quality
• The ability to undertake minor repairs
Experience of communicating with the general public and previous maintenance experience would be an advantage.
