An opportunity has arisen to work for Northumberland County Council as a mobile warden/control room operator within their Telecare Service. The post is for 16 hours per week working shifts on a rota basis. The post holder will also be expected to provide some cover for staff absences when required.
Northumberland Telecare works across the county providing a range of Telecare services including the installation, care and maintenance of Telecare equipment. Mobile Wardens also provide a responder service which attends clients homes and assists them when they have raised an alert. Control Room Operators handle calls for Telecare and other out of hours services within Northumberland.
The post holder will need to hold a current driving licence and be willing to submit a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) application.
