(Relief) Mobile Warden

Salary: Y4, £17,072 - £18,746 per annum, pro rata (£8.84 per hour)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, YHN House, Ostara
Hours: Casual, as and when required
We operate a 24-hour Service, which operates 7 days a week, so hours could include day, night and weekend work.
The Role:
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the effective delivery of the mobile warden service, you will be responding to requests and emergency calls within a customer’s home environment.
Ostara helps people to live safely and independently, offering a 24-hour mobile response service for people who feel vulnerable due to disability, health problems, varying forms of abuse or other circumstances. We provide a swift response and a range of service options to give peace of mind to each and every customer and their families.
The Person:

Driving licence and willing to drive for work purposes.
