City Transport maintains and repairs a diverse range of vehicles, plant and horticultural equipment.
We are committed to the delivery of a quality maintenance service and would like to further strengthen our team with an experienced Heavy Goods Vehicle Fitter to join our workshops based at Newington Road West.
Applicants should have served a recognised apprenticeship in motor vehicle or Plant engineering and be fully conversant with either Plant or vehicle repair procedures.
Experience of municipal vehicles would be an advantage. Relevant diagnostic skills are required. Ideally applicants would hold a current category C driving licence.
Teamwork and a customer focused approach are required to provide a flexible service delivery. You will be required to work a 5 day working week and overtime when required.
