ENJOY AND ACHIEVE AT ROSE WOOD ACADEMY

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to join our academy staff. Rose Wood Academy is a primary Academy in Coulby Newham, and forms part of the Discovery Alliance, encouraging collaboration, innovation and best-practice sharing between our partner schools for the benefit of all our children.

The successful applicant will:

• Be able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice
• Be highly motivated and able to motivate every child to engage and progress
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Be committed to promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
• Be willing to embrace the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues within our school, and across
