As the Neighbourhood Housing Assistant you will be empowered to form strong relationships with our customers, to influence service delivery and to promote the BCT offer. Acting as a designated point of contact to actively engage with our customers to deliver a focussed, bottom up approach that is customer orientated and which meets their needs and aspirations.
