As the Neighbourhood Housing Officer you will be providing a comprehensive housing service within a defined area of Byker, in accordance with the BCT’s vision, mission and values. The objective being that of a key account manager role for customers, where the overall aim is to create sustainable communities with customer focused services to ensure business strength.
