County Durham Housing Group is looking to recruit three service managers to form part of our housing leadership team to deliver outstanding services for customers across the group in an exciting period of change.
You will lead the way we deliver services, bringing together the skills, knowledge, innovation and experience from our teams into one outstanding housing service across the group. These roles will be critical to our future success and will offer a lot of opportunity to shape and influence the services and teams you lead.
You will motivate, inspire and nurture teams to deliver outstanding performance, high customer satisfaction and value for money services. You will work as part of the group wide housing team to deliver outstanding services and contribute to the delivery of the groups’ strategic objectives. You will have a track record of successfully working in partnership with external organisations and foster excellent internal and external working relationships.
