First Class Supply are working with a family run private nursery who are looking to appoint a Nursery Manager to run their busy nursery in Northumberland. The position is on a full time permanent basis and is to start as soon as possible. The setting is registered for up to 56 children between 6 weeks and 5 years old plus children up to 8 years old in the school holiday club. The nursery currently employs around 15 members of staff.

You must:
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record in nursery management
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare with at least five years experience working within a nursery setting
  • Be hardworking and trustworthy and have the ability to lead the nursery setting
  • Be able to work independently, using your initiative
  • Be pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
  • A clean driving license would be desirable
