We are seeking an exceptional individual who can provide unrivalled management, delivering exceptional childcare. We expect you to be experienced, inspirational, capable of delivering high standards, possessing good knowledge and the talent to guide and empower the team. You will be a good communicator, well organised, able to market quality services; demonstrating drive and passion, focus and above all essential strong leadership skills. You will lead fully on all aspects of safeguarding.

You will be supported by the directors in financial planning, budgets and strategy.
