A primary school in North Tyneside is working with First Class Supply to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in their Nursery on a part time basis. You will work between the hours of 9.45am and 1.30pm, Monday – Friday. The position will commence in March 2018 and will be for the duration of the summer term.
This is a large two form entry school, with in excess of 40 staff members, which has been awarded “Outstanding” status by Ofsted. Achievement and progress improved rapidly following the introduction of new leadership, high expectations of the pupils have ensured that attainment is above average. Teaching and behaviour are excellent contributing to a highly effective school.
To apply for this position you must:

• be able to work independently using your initiative
• take direction to adapt and meet the needs of the team
• hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
• have recent experience / knowledge of working within the Early Years UK National Curriculum.
