We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy Service. The post will focus on long term conditions, palliative & terminal care, moving and handling, and blue badge assessments. The post will be based at Central House, Gladstone Street, Darlington.
The post will include the assessments of both children & adults with a permanent & substantial disability, with the emphasis on promoting safety and independence within the home environment, through the provision of equipment / minor & major adaptations.
To be eligible, you must possess a professional Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
