The Governors of this popular primary school seek to appoint a dedicated, efficient and experienced School Office Manager, who is wholly committed to becoming an integral member of our hard-working and dedicated team. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate skills in the following areas:

•Hold high expectations of themselves and others.
• Be committed to our Rights Respecting School ethos.
• Effectively lead an administrative team to ensure the smooth running of the school.
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work efficiently with consistency.
• The ability to problem solve, to be creative and to use initiative.
• The ability to work alongside the School Business Manager to create a united, committed and highly effective office team.
• The ability to be consistently hardworking and conscientious.
• To be able to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy, thereby meeting required deadlines.
• Have a sense of humour and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Have a commitment to the whole life of the school.
• To effectively report to the School Business Manager.
