About the role….

We are looking to appoint an individual to work alongside one of our supported employees to assist them with a variety of administration tasks.

The role will involve tasks including navigating and inputting information onto social care systems (as dictated, or from written records), minute taking, proofreading, and managing sensitive information ensuring confidentiality and data protection is always maintained. 

You will have knowledge of administrative systems and processes, experience of using software packages such as Microsoft Office, minute taking, data protection requirements and working in an administrative setting.  You should have 5 GCSE’s at grade A - C or 9 - 4 including Maths and English or an equivalent qualification or relevant demonstratable experience.
