Mosaic Federation is a federation of two primary schools: Valley View Primary and Hedworthfield Primary in Jarrow. The federation was formed in September 2018 following a successful partnership over two years and is very successful in securing positive outcomes for pupils and fostering a love for education and learning.

The Governing Board of the federation are committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for pupils and their families and are looking to strengthen the leadership of our schools by supporting operational running of the federation and ensuring an unwavering focus on the education and care of pupils.

We are looking to appoint:
• A dynamic, resilient, enthusiastic and motivated practitioner.
• A responsible and dedicated practitioner.
• A practitioner who has a background in and knowledge of administration, school legislation and education in order to thrive in this multidisciplinary role.
• A practitioner who will support and drive forward the federation’s vision.
• A practitioner with ICT skills.
• A practitioner with an understanding of governance, policy and procedures in school.
• A practitioner who will uphold the federations values and engage in school life.
