Groundwork STAN are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to lead and support our Learning and Standards team
The successful post holder will be a motivated, experienced and dynamic individual with sound business acumen to further develop our work around skills, learning and standards. Our learning provision encompasses a number of business areas including (but not limited to); SEN Education, Adult Education, enrichment, learning, skills and employability programmes. The purpose of the post is to ensure the recruitment, retention and achievement of learners and to manage the curriculum and staffing arrangements for a cluster of courses. The post holder will also develop and integrate high quality learning opportunities across the curriculum area to reflect the needs of local industry.
