A small, friendly company based in rural Northumberland are working alongside First Class Supply to appoint an Outdoors specialist teacher to join their team on a part time basis covering 2.5 days per week from Easter – Summer.

This company specialises in providing outdoor activities for individuals, families and groups for schools and educational organisations. Their activity-based programmes are designed to complement existing educational provisions and are tailored to the needs of participating students and the requirements of the school.

To apply for this role it is essential that you:
  • Are a qualified teacher that holds QTS
  • Have Outdoor Learning / Forest School experience
  • Hold a relevant First Aid qualification
  • Can demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development
  • Consistently teach inspirational and varied lessons
  • Are pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
  • Are eligible to work in the UK.
