The Newcastle PE and School Sport Service are looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a PE and School Sport Support Officer. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, administration and delivery of Newcastle PE and School Sport brokered services, programmes and interventions across the City of Newcastle including providing PE support within a primary setting.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to motivate and enthuse young people. Experience of delivering curriculum PE support and extra-curricular activities in primary schools, in particular experience in providing support to teachers is essential. In addition to this, we will only consider applicants with a minimum of one Level 2 Coaching Qualification.
