An opportunity has arisen to join the Together for Children’s Performance Team on a fixed term basis for 12 months from July 2022. The team specialises in the production and reporting of data and information to drive improvement for children and families in Sunderland.
We work with a variety of services and partners, assisting them to interpret and evaluate data to develop business analyses, projections and trends to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
We are looking to recruit a proactive and highly skilled Principal Performance & Intelligence Officer who can lead in the development of key performance indicators to support Together for Children’s vision and strategy and who can provide detailed performance reports to support service delivery and improvement. You will have the ability to establish excellent relationships and communicate performance information in a variety of formats to different audiences.
To qualify you will have experience of working within a performance role, with an extensive understanding of delivering performance frameworks. You will have advanced technical knowledge including strong data management and data visualisation skills. You will also be able to analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and trends to inform strategic and operational decision making.
