The Governors of Walkergate Community School are looking to appoint a Parent Support Advisor with an immediate start.

We are seeking to appoint a Parent Support Adviser to work in this large and successful community school. This is a pivotal role within the school and you must be happy to work with our children and their families to provide advice and support to ensure the best outcomes possible.

You will be required to work across both our Early Years site on Shields Road and our Primary School site on Sutton Street. You must also be prepared to make home visits

The successful candidate will support parents/carers and pupils with the aim of ensuring that all children gain maximum benefit from their education through pre-school support, engagement with the school, good attendance and on-going support.
